Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms govern your use of morphto.app and the MorphTo file- conversion API and MCP server (together, the “Service”), operated by MorphTo (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. MorphTo is currently pre-launch; some sections describe how the Service will operate once the conversion API and accounts go live.

The Service

MorphTo is a file-anatomy explorer: the website morphs a file entirely in your browser so you can explore its internal structure. MorphTo also offers a REST API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for programmatic use. Hosted API and on-prem licensing are arranged individually — contact us to discuss terms, which then form part of these terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account, created via Google OAuth or email/password (Clerk). You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or others.

Files you upload

You retain all rights to files you upload for conversion. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are processed transiently and deleted immediately after conversion — we do not claim ownership of, or a licence to use, your file content beyond performing the requested conversion.

Commercial terms

The website is free to use. Hosted API and on-prem licensing are agreed individually — pricing, limits and billing cadence are set out in the contract you sign, not on this site. There is no self-serve plan and no automatic billing. Contact us to discuss terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees, except where a specific SLA is contractually agreed. We're not liable for outages of upstream subprocessors (Vercel, Nhost) outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphTo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss from a failed or interrupted conversion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non- payment, or to comply with legal obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
